Based on an in paid capital of 500 000 USD, we are dedicated to the development, assembling and branding of an innovative and portable 22" All-in-One LCD-PC-TV-PVR-Phone appliance dedicated to the European market, combining cutting edge electronics hardware technologies with our own personalised and more user friendly software, in order to manage the high number of functions and replaced appliances and become comfortable for a broad final customer base. We designed the innovative case and 22" monitor especially to face best ergonomically achievements for our final customers and also to be easy manufactured as modules in Taiwan and finally assembled in Europe. Headquarted near Luxemburg and Francfort with a design and sourcing office in Taipei, we aim to launch the market in mid 2008 from our showrooms in Paris, Berlin, at our workshop and our webshop, additionally to negotiations with channels.

Sourcing Strategy: One Stop Supplier

Our sourcing strategy is focused mainly on Asian based operations for the electronics built-in modules and for specific designed metal and plastic parts for case and monitor. We wish to find for each module or component one innovative and reliable supplier for lifetime deliveries, as long as no problems like lack of design, delivery or quality. We intent to have a close and dynamic relationship with suppliers with own product engineering and moldshop, in order to design in short term a reliable, cost effective solution, based on your standart products, but adapted to reach our high level of QFCD ratio Quality, design and failures, Function, weight, low power, to reasonable Costs in a short Delay.

Market Challenge:

In 2009, more then 40 millions units of Desktop PC′s with Monitors, Notebook′s and TV′s will be sold only in France and Germany, or 10% of the world market! Each of these products could become ours! That is our common chance and challenge.
